中国新雨物流积分系统1.2修订

注：

本方案依据《中国新雨物流管理大纲》，有关车队管理条例制定本案。

中国新雨物流采用特色的车队管理体系—积分系统管理体系

车队积分系统唯一修改权交属车队队长

积分原则：

车队积分系统将完全根据车队内部各相关规定制定

任何情况下的私自改分均是不被允许的，且提出改分要求者严惩不贷

车队积分系统对车队管理均通用

每月月底对本月分数进行统计，下个月积分清零

积分项：

1.正分项：

请假联运+0分

参加日常联运+2分，

友谊联运+4

参加大型联运+6分

在联运中多次表现良好+3分(自行联系管理，每月不得超过两次)

为车队提出意见且被采纳者+2分(无上限)，未采纳但有理有据者+1分(单月上限—次，最终解释权归属高管）

在交流群解答其他群成员问题的+1分(自行联系管理，保留证据)

举报他人在联运中恶性行为并被核实的+2分(自行联系管理，保留证据)

举报管理收受贿赂，不秉公执法，在群内有恶性行为，对其他队员造成伤害的+3分(自行联系管理，保留证据)

举报群内拉人现象的+10分(自行联系管理，保留证据)

向车队推荐新人(进入VTC，参加1次联运)的+5分/人(自行联系管理，保留证据)

2.负分项：

凡违反联运制度以及管理大纲等有损车队形象和扰乱秩序按情节严重程度进行减分

Principle of integration:

Integral terms:

1. Positive items:

 leave transport + 0

 take part in the daily transport + 2 points,

 friendship through + 4

 participate in large transport + 6 points

 repeatedly performed well in the intermodal + 3 points (contact management, shall not exceed twice a month)

 make Suggestions for the team and is adopters + 2 points (no limit), not taken but justified + 1 points (monthly limit - time, final explanation right belongs to executives)

 in communication group of other members of the group a + 1 points of the problem (contact management, preserve evidence)

 to report to others in the intermodal malignant behavior and been verified + 2 points (contact management, preserve evidence)

 report management of taking bribes, not enforce the law impartially, in group of malignant behavior, cause harm to the other players + 3 points (contact management, preserve evidence)

 reporting group in the phenomenon of people + 10 points (contact management, preserve evidence)

 to recommend new team (into the VTC group, enter into 1) + 5 points per person (contact management, preserve evidence)

1. Negative component:

 every violation of multimodal transport system and management outline and harm the image of the team and disrupt the order points according to serious degree
