中国RPG车队管理团队现有六个小组，分别是：接待、存档、联运、外交、运营、宣传，目前RPG车队管理团队有16人，核心成员11人！ 下文介绍各小组职责划分： 1、车队联运时的指挥停车队形、跑车队形、起点队形、速度等等都由联运组负责！ 2、YY的给马甲、拽频道、发文章都由运营组的管理负责！ 3、车队相关网站美工、直播、挂播、招人等等都是由宣传组的管理负责！ 4、车队任何需要用到的活动存档、车皮方案、车型方案、路线选择、场地选择等等都由负责做档的存档组管理负责！ 5、车队每周周一到周五的每晚联运散跑活跃队内气氛、加强管理和车队队员联系等等由负责散跑的联运组管理负责！ 注意：在车队活动开始、进行中、结束后，或者没有活动时，如有队员有问题询问，所有管理均可回复解答！
